Israel’s military has carried out air attacks on eastern Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley, with local media reporting at least 10 people killed and dozens wounded. Earlier, another attack hit Ein el-Hilweh, the country’s largest Palestinian refugee camp near Sidon, killing at least two people.
