March 2026’s PS Plus Free Games: Monster Hunter, Elder Scrolls

It is almost March, which means a lot of things, but importantly, in this blog, it means Sony is ready to reveal the next batch of PlayStation Plus monthly games that subscribers will be able to download and enjoy very soon. Golf lovers, monster hunters, slime ranchers, and uh…Elder Scrolls-ers rejoice.

On February 25, PlayStation revealed March’s monthly games, which will be available to all PS Plus subscribers across all tiers. These games will be available to add to your PlayStation library permanently starting on February 3. Once added, you can install them and play them whenever you want as long as you remain an active PS Plus Essential, Extra, or Premium subscriber. Here’s the list of games and what platforms they are available on.

  • PGA Tour 2K25 – PS5
  • Monster Hunter Rise – PS5, PS4
  • Slime Rancher 2 – PS5
  • The Elder Scrolls Online – Gold Road Collection – PS5/PS4

You don’t want to wait too long to grab these PS Plus monthly games, as they are only available to grab for free until April 6. After that, a new batch of not-yet-announced games will be made available to subscribers.

This month’s collection of PS Plus freebies contains three different games in which you have to deal with monsters. First up, there’s Monster Hunter Rise, a solid entry in the popular co-op monster killin’ franchise. It’s a perfect PS Plus game, as you and your friends can hop in together and kill big beasts without anyone having to buy a copy. Meanwhile, Elder Scrolls Online is, like so many MMORPGS, all about killing monsters and creatures to get a bit more powerful over time. If you are a big Elder Scrolls fan and long for a new entry to explore while waiting for Elder Scrolls 6, ESO is a good way to pass the time, either solo or with others. Finally, there’s Slime Rancher 2, which includes very cute monsters, but monsters nonetheless. PGA Tour 2K25 doesn’t contain any monsters, as far as I’m aware, which is a shame, as I was almost able to connect all the games. Thanks a lot, Sony!

Don’t forget to add February’s freebies to your PlayStation account library. You have until March 2 to grab Undisputed, Subnautica: Below Zero, Ultros, and Ace Combat 7 for your digital collection.
