With the start of the 2026 Formula 1 season, the best drivers in the world, including Max Verstappen, Lewis Hamilton, Sergio Pérez, Oscar Piastri, George Russell and others, gather “Down Under” for the Australian Grand Prix. And coming in as reigning champion is Lando Norris, who received 423 points and 7 wins last season, with the McLaren Formula 1 Team.

To start the new season, the Australian Grand Prix takes place at Melbourne Grand Prix Circuit in Melbourne, Australia. Weekend Warm-ups begin on Thursday, Mar. 5 with a start time of 1:30 a.m. ET (Wednesday, Mar. 4 at 10:30 p.m. PT). Race day is Saturday, Mar. 6 at 9:50 p.m. ET/6:50 p.m. PT.
